My Prep LTD schedules order deliveries as specified at the time of purchase by the consumer. Local orders are hand delivered by My Prep and will be delivered between 10:00am and 15:00pm on Saturday. As our products are perishable, it is vital that someone is available for delivery. If the consumer is not available at the time of delivery, please ensure that either someone is available to receive the goods or please specify a safe place to leave them. If no safe place is specified and no one is available for delivery, My Prep will leave the goods in a safe place of our choice. My Prep are not liable for losses of goods once delivered.
We take every precaution to ensure our meals are delivered as practically as possible, however if at any point you are not satisfied with the quality of your goods, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 24 hours.
If customers select the collection option they must be there promptly between 10:00am and 12:30pm. Failure to do so will result in a surcharge of £4.00 when collecting next day (Monday) as the unit is closed after 12:30pm Sunday. This charge is in place as a member of staff must come out solely for the customer to collect their meals.
All cancellations made before the 6PM deadline on Wednesday will be refunded completely. Refunds cannot be made if the customer cancels their order after this deadline as the raw materials and supplies will have been purchased at the cost of My Prep.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product or there are any issues with meals please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product, this is our “reasonable time” period. Anything outwith this will not be considered due to the shelf life of our product.
We handle Most allergens in our kitchen in every menu (celery, Gluten containing foods, Crustaceans, egg, fish, lupin, milk, Molluscs, mustard, nuts, sesame seeds, soya, sulphur dioxide). Although we do take care with keeping our meals separated they could be cross contaminated in any of our meals at any time. We advise if you have any serious allergies to these groups of foods please do not order as your health will most defiantly be at risk. All of our meals contain an ingredients list which can be found on the “Our meals” and “extras” page. We do not cater for specific dietary requirements as we batch cook our food, it is at the customers liability to check the ingredients prior to ordering.
ROLLING SUBSCRIPTION POLICY (REFERENCE TRANSACTIONS)
By selecting this option the customer agree’s to let My Prep Ltd debit funds from the buyer’s account on a rolling weekly basis. The buyer must log into PayPal once to agree, but after that, PayPal does not require the buyer to log in. This agreement represents a billing agreement between My Prep Ltd and the buyer.
My Prep Ltd can also change the subscription amount to be debited from the customers account if more or less is required and will only be at the customers discretion.
Subscriptions are debited on a weekly basis and will remain on-going until otherwise specified by the customer. Cancellations MUST be made on, or prior to the Wednesday before delivery the following Sunday. The cut off time for cancellations is 6PM Wednesday.
