How to restart your subscription with our brand new menu

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Changes to your subscription

We are writing to let you know that whilst we were closed for the holiday period, we paused your subscription so that you didn’t pay for meals that you didn’t receive! Also during the holiday period, we changed our menu, so that all our amazing customers had a tasty new range of meals to choose from in 2020.

This means that we need you to reactivate your subscription and update your menu choices.

Reactivating your subscription:

  • Login to your account
  • Go to ‘Orders’
  • Choose the latest order
  • Scroll down to related subscriptions and click view
  • Click reactivate

Change menu (once subscription reactivated):

  • Go to ‘Orders’
  • View Order
  • Click edit and choose new meal preferences

Please complete this by Wednesday 1st January 2020 at Midnight to ensure you receive your meals on Saturday 4th January. Any subscriptions restarted after Wednesday, will be delivered the following Saturday.
